A question from an ex-SSAA athlete now living in the Caribbean required me to look at past records. A follow on query from a colleague made me delve deeper into the archives and then my own intrigue took over…
Consequently I have found the venues for the South-West Championships back to 1955.
For many I have a set of results with early sets only containing, usually, the top 4 places in each event.
Stored in other boxes I may (should) have some of the missing results.
My aim is to update this page with more interesting information. Can anyone forward any snippets of information?
